Delivery and Shipping
Our dresses are not ready-made items waiting in stock; each one is sewn to your child's measurements once your order has been taken. That is why delivery is planned together with the sewing time. Below we explain the preparation time, the delivery options and what to watch for before handover.
Preparation time: 7-14 days
Sewing begins once you approve the measurements, and preparation takes 7-14 days. Within that range the time can vary according to the detail of the model and the queue at the atelier.
The clock starts on the day you approve the measurements, not on the day we talk about the order. So not delaying the measurement confirmation directly affects the delivery date.
If you need the dress for a particular day, plan by adding the shipping or handover day on top of the preparation time. If your date is tight, write on WhatsApp and we will tell you plainly, from the start, whether it can be done in time.
Shipping throughout Türkiye
Once a dress is ready we ship it anywhere in Türkiye. Before sending it we confirm your address and the details of the person who will receive it over WhatsApp.
If nobody is at your address during the day, telling us in advance makes delivery easier. We let you know when the dress has been handed to the courier.
- The address is confirmed on WhatsApp before shipping
- The name and phone number of the person receiving it must be correct
- Tell us about any change of address before the parcel is sent
Collection in person within Istanbul
If you are in Istanbul you can collect the dress in person from our atelier in Pendik. With this option you can also see it there and try it on; if need be, we can talk about small touches the same day.
The atelier is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00. Let us know on WhatsApp before you come, so we can have your dress ready and you do not have to wait at the door.

The first check when the parcel arrives
Open the parcel, look the dress over and have your child try it on once. Trying it before the big day means you can reach us in time if anything needs attention.
Tulle and skirt layers that look crushed from the journey usually fall back into shape on their own after a few hours on a hanger. For washing, ironing and storing, you can look at the Evening Dress Care Guide page, where we go through each fabric in turn.

Common questions
Exactly which day will the dress reach me?
We do not commit to an exact day. After you approve the measurements, preparation takes 7-14 days, and shipping time is added to that. As things progress we keep you posted on WhatsApp.
Can I come and collect it instead of having it shipped?
If you are in Istanbul, yes. You can collect it in person from the atelier in Pendik on weekdays between 10:00 and 19:00. It is best to let us know before you come.
My date is urgent, can the time be shortened?
Tell us your date at the outset. Looking at the queue at the atelier and at the model, we will assess whether it can be done in time and give you a clear answer. If it cannot, we will say so plainly.
If I order two dresses at once, does it take longer?
With more than one dress the time can vary according to the models. We tell you the total preparation time up front when we talk about the order.
