Delivery and Shipping
Our dresses are not ready-made items waiting on a shelf; each one is sewn to your child's measurements once your order has been received. That is why delivery is planned together with the sewing time. Below, we explain the preparation time, the shipping fee, the delivery options and what to look out for before delivery.

Preparation time: 7-14 days
Once the measurements are settled, sewing begins, and preparation usually takes 7-14 days. The time may vary within this range depending on the details of the design and the queue in the atelier.
For online orders, the time runs from the day you complete your order and we confirm the measurements you entered; for WhatsApp orders, it runs from the day you approve the measurements. In all cases, online orders are delivered within 30 days of the order date at the latest.
If you need the dress for a particular day, plan ahead by adding the shipping or collection day to the preparation time. If your date is tight, write to us on WhatsApp before you order, and we will tell you frankly from the start whether it can be ready in time.
Shipping fee
For online orders, shipping is 250 TL per order. The fee is charged once per order, regardless of the number of items, and is added to the price of the items on the payment page; product prices include VAT.

For more, you can place a group order via WhatsApp. For custom orders placed via WhatsApp for a design not on the site or a design made especially for you, we agree the shipping and delivery terms together in our order messages.
Shipping throughout Türkiye
Once the dress is ready, we send it anywhere in Türkiye with our contracted courier company. For online orders, we use the address you entered on the payment page; if necessary, we confirm the address and the recipient's details on WhatsApp before dispatch.
If nobody is at your address during the day, telling us in advance makes delivery easier. We let you know when the dress has been handed to the courier.
- The name and phone number of the person receiving it must be correct
- Tell us about any change of address before the parcel is sent
- If the parcel looks damaged, ask the courier to draw up a damage report
Collection in person from the atelier
There is no collection-in-person option for orders placed online (by card); these orders are sent by courier only.
For custom orders you place via WhatsApp (a design not on the site or a design made especially for you), if you are in Istanbul you can collect the dress in person from our atelier in Pendik. With this option you can also see it there and try it on; if need be, we can talk about small touches the same day.
The atelier is open on Mondays from 10:00 to 19:00 and Tuesday to Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00. Let us know on WhatsApp before you come, so we can have your dress ready and you do not have to wait at the door.

The first check when the parcel arrives
Open the parcel, look the dress over and have your child try it on once. Trying it before the big day means you can reach us in time if anything needs attention.
Tulle and skirt layers that look crushed from the journey usually fall back into shape on their own after a few hours on a hanger. For washing, ironing and storing, you can look at the Evening Dress Care Guide page, where we go through each fabric in turn.
If you notice a sewing fault, damage in transit, or the wrong item or size, fill in the Return Request form without delay. We explain how we proceed in such cases on the Returns and Exchanges page.

Common questions
Exactly which day will the dress reach me?
We do not commit to an exact day. Once the measurements are settled, preparation takes 7-14 days, plus the shipping time. In all cases, online orders are delivered within 30 days of the order date at the latest. As things progress, we keep you updated on WhatsApp.
How much is shipping?
For online orders, shipping is 250 TL per order; it is charged once, regardless of the number of items, and added to the total on the payment page.
Can I come and collect it instead of having it shipped?
Not for online (card) orders; these are sent by courier only. For custom orders you place via WhatsApp, if you are in Istanbul, you can collect the dress in person from the atelier in Pendik during our opening hours, Monday to Saturday. It is best to let us know before you come.
My date is urgent, can the time be shortened?
Before you order, send us your date on WhatsApp. We will assess whether it can be ready in time, given the queue in the atelier and the design, and give you a clear answer. If it cannot, we will tell you that frankly too.
If I order two dresses at once, does it take longer?
With more than one dress, the time can vary depending on the designs; we tell you the total preparation time at the outset. Shipping is charged only once for dresses in the same order.
