What information we collect

What we collect depends on the channel through which we speak. The basket on the site is not a payment screen; it turns the models you have chosen into a WhatsApp message. In other words, the conversation about measurements and delivery begins only after you write to us.

Details such as your child's measurements reach us only when you share them on WhatsApp, and we use them solely to sew that dress. We do not ask for identity documents, card numbers, bank details or any similar financial data; please do not send us such information.

• WhatsApp conversation: your name, your phone number, the model and size we discuss and, if you share them, your child's measurements and the delivery address.
• Contact form: your name, a contact detail we can reach you on and the content of your message.
• Forum membership: the name or business name you give when signing up, your e-mail address and the content you post on the forum.
• Site use: the technical records your browser leaves automatically, and cookies.

Why we use this information

Our purpose is narrow and concrete: to answer your question, to settle the right size and model together, to carry out the sewing and to get the dress to you. Because measurements are confirmed on WhatsApp after we talk about the order, we keep that conversation until the work is finished.

On the forum side we use the information to identify your membership, to attribute your posts to you and to keep order on the forum. We do not build marketing lists and we do not send you bulk messages you have not asked for.

We do not use information you share on one channel for a purpose unrelated to that channel. For example, the e-mail address you give for forum membership is not used in order correspondence.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising. Sharing happens only where the work requires it: passing delivery details to the courier so the dress can be shipped, or the technical infrastructure that runs the site and the forum holding the data, are examples. If you are in Istanbul and choose to collect the dress in person from the atelier in Pendik, no address details go to the courier at all.

We try to keep retention limited to what the work requires and what the legislation provides for. Once a conversation is finished and there is no longer a reason to keep it, we prefer to delete it. We would remind you that channels such as WhatsApp, e-mail and Instagram have their own retention and privacy rules, and those rules are not under our control.

Cookies

The site uses the basic cookies it needs in order to work. Keeping the models in your basket from disappearing until you move over to WhatsApp, and keeping you signed in on the forum, are handled by cookies of this kind.

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. The site will still open, but parts such as the basket and the forum session may not work as you expect.

Your rights and how to apply

Broadly speaking, the legislation on the protection of personal data grants rights such as learning whether your data is being processed, requesting information, asking for incorrect or incomplete information to be corrected, requesting deletion where the conditions are met, and objecting to processing. You can bring such requests to us directly.

Taksim Sokağı 6 B, Pendik / İstanbul on weekdays between 10:00 and 19:00. We take care to consider your request and reply within a reasonable time; depending on the nature of the request, we may need to verify your identity.
