Privacy and the Protection of Personal Data

What information we collect

The information we collect depends on the channel through which you contact us. When you place an order online, we learn the details you enter on the Order Confirmation and payment pages; when you write to us on WhatsApp, we learn what you share in the conversation.

• Online order: your name, your Turkish ID number (T.C. Kimlik No.) if you entered it (optional), your delivery and billing addresses, phone number and e-mail address, the design and size you choose, the height, chest and waist measurements you enter, the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement you approve, and information on the order and the payment outcome. Your card details are processed by the payment provider iyzico and are not passed on to us.
• Return Request form: your order number, name, phone number, your e-mail address if you entered one, the item, the reason for the request and your explanation. This information is stored in Wix's database and can be seen only by us.
• WhatsApp conversation: your name, your phone number, the model and size we discuss and, if you share them, your child's measurements and the delivery address.
• Contact form: your name, a contact detail we can reach you on and the content of your message.
• Review form: the name you enter, the text of your review, the rating you give, the design the review relates to and the language of the page on which you wrote it. This information is stored in the database of Wix, the platform the site runs on. Your review is not published until we approve it; if it is approved, it appears on the Reviews page together with your name.
• Forum membership: the name or business name you give when signing up, your e-mail address and the content you post on the forum.
• Site use: the technical records your browser leaves automatically, and cookies.

Product review: When you use the form on a product page to review a design you bought from our site, your name, rating and review are published on that design's product page and on the Reviews page once your order has been verified and the review approved; search engines may also show this information in product results. The order number and e-mail address requested in the form are used only to verify your order; they are not published and are deleted once the review is published or rejected.

WhatsApp button: When you tap a WhatsApp button on the site, we record which page and which design you tapped it from, the site language and the date, so that we know a new message may be on its way to our workshop. This record does not include your name, phone number, WhatsApp message or your child's measurements; only we can see these records.

Why we use this information

Our purpose is narrow and concrete: to take your order and complete its payment, to answer your questions, to settle the right size and measurements together, to carry out the sewing, to get the dress to you and, if there is one, to resolve your return request. As measurements are confirmed on WhatsApp after the order, we keep that conversation until the work is finished, and we keep order records for the period provided for by the legislation.

On the forum side we use the information to identify your membership, to attribute your posts to you and to keep order on the forum. We do not build marketing lists and we do not send you bulk messages you have not asked for.

We do not use information you share on one channel for a purpose unrelated to that channel. For example, the e-mail address you give for forum membership is not used in order correspondence.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising. Sharing happens only where the work requires it: passing delivery details to the courier company so the dress can be shipped, the payment provider iyzico processing payment details so that payment can be taken, or the technical infrastructure that runs the site and the forum holding the data, are examples. For WhatsApp orders, if you choose to collect the dress in person from the atelier in Pendik, no address details go to the courier.

The site, online orders, return requests, forum records and reviews are hosted on Wix's infrastructure. The fonts on the site are loaded from the site's own server; opening the pages does not connect you to an external font service such as Google Fonts. The map on the Contact page, however, is loaded from Google Maps: when the map opens on that page, your browser connects to Google and technical information such as your IP address is passed on to Google.

On the order completion page, an optional Google Customer Reviews survey window is loaded from Google; if you accept the survey with your explicit consent, your e-mail address, order number, delivery country and estimated delivery date are passed to Google so that a satisfaction survey can be sent to you after delivery.

We try to keep retention limited to what the work requires and what the legislation provides for. Once a conversation is finished and there is no longer a reason to keep it, we prefer to delete it. We would remind you that channels such as WhatsApp, e-mail and Instagram have their own retention and privacy rules, and those rules are not under our control.

Cookies

The site uses the basic cookies it needs in order to work. Keeping the designs you add to your basket from disappearing until you proceed to payment, making the payment page work and keeping you signed in on the forum are handled by cookies of this kind.

Visit statistics for the site are kept with the analytics tools of Wix, the platform the site runs on: information such as which pages are viewed, which site a visit came from, and the type of device and browser. The scripts for these tools are loaded from Wix's servers, but analytics cookies and statistics recording are only switched on if you choose “Accept” in the cookie bar that appears on the site. If you choose “Decline”, no analytics cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time with the button below.

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. The site will still open, but parts such as the basket and the forum session may not work as you expect.

Your rights and how to apply

Broadly speaking, the legislation on the protection of personal data grants rights such as learning whether your data is being processed, requesting information, asking for incorrect or incomplete information to be corrected, requesting deletion where the conditions are met, and objecting to processing. You can bring such requests to us directly.

Taksim Sokağı No: 6/A, Pendik / İstanbul during our opening hours, Monday to Saturday. We conclude your request and reply as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; depending on the nature of the request, we may need to verify your identity.
