Collection design All designs in our shop are sold online and are sewn to order to your child's measurements. Prices include VAT and are the same for all sizes; shipping is ₺250 per order.
Custom Design & Tailoring: For designs created especially for you, the price is determined by the fabric, guipure, lace, stones, trims, workmanship and design details involved. Prices for custom designs differ from those of our collection designs. How does custom design work?
Children this age mostly move away from oversized bows and many-layered skirts and want a plainer line. A simple bodice, a skirt that falls straight and a design built around a single colour look more grown-up at this stage. Even so, if a fuller skirt is wanted, we can balance the layers so the dress stays right for her age.
Fit is the most decisive point at this age. Taking chest, waist and back measurements separately keeps the bodice from shifting and saves the dress from being adjusted all day. Fabric changes the line too: velvet and satin give a fuller look, chiffon and organza stay light, and lace leaves a more delicate impression.
For graduations and family celebrations there are understated options in this size such as the Burgundy Velvet Dress and the Cream Leaf-Embroidered Long Tulle Gown. Since every dress is sewn to the child's own measurements, you should allow seven to fourteen days for preparation. For WhatsApp orders, if you are in Istanbul you can collect the dress in person from the atelier in Pendik and drop by during our working hours, Monday to Saturday.
FAQ
What should I look for so the dress does not look too childish at this age?
Styles with less detail, built around a single colour and sitting cleanly at the waist give a more grown-up look. We can talk through skirt volume and the amount of trim on WhatsApp and balance the design to her own taste.
Is it safe to have a dress made without a fitting?
We confirm the measurements step by step over WhatsApp after the order and ask for extra ones when needed. If you live in Istanbul you can also come to the atelier in Pendik and have the measurements taken there.
