Measurement check
Çiğdem Bilge gets in touch with you on WhatsApp; together you settle the height, chest and waist measurements.
Sewing begins
The fabric is cut, the bodice embellished and the skirt layers sewn; the final fitting and pressing are done in the atelier.
Delivered to your door
Shipping anywhere in Turkey within 7–14 days; or, if you prefer, collect in person from our Pendik atelier.

Common questions
How long will my order take?
As every dress is made to order, preparation usually takes 7–14 days. Depending on how busy we are and on the design, we'll confirm the timing together when you order.
How do I provide measurements?
Just select your child's age in the basket. After you order, Çiğdem Bilge will call you on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the height, chest and waist measurements together.
Do you ship, and how does delivery work?
We ship anywhere in Turkey. If you're in İstanbul, you can also collect in person from our atelier in Pendik.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
As every piece is custom-made, we finalise the measurements with your approval. If there's any issue caused by our tailoring, we fix it free of charge.

Just select the age on the product cards. The values are an approximate starting point; as every dress is made to your measurements, we'll take exact measurements together on WhatsApp after you order.
