As every dress is made to order, preparation usually takes 7–14 days. We'll confirm the exact timing with you when you order, depending on our workload and the design. If it needs to be ready for a specific date (a wedding or henna night), please be sure to mention the date when ordering.

All designs on the site are sold online: select your child's age group on the product page, enter the height, chest and waist measurements, add it to your basket, then tap "Proceed to Payment" and pay by card on the payment page. For a design not on the site or a custom design, message us on WhatsApp; we'll send you a personalised quote and confirm the measurements together. A step-by-step guide is on our How to Order page.

You can order in two ways. All designs on the site are sold online and have fixed prices: children's dresses 3,500 TL (White Off-Shoulder Satin Organza Dress 2,000 TL), adult evening gown 6,000 TL, children's nurse dress 1,500 TL, adult nurse dress 4,500 TL, denim set 9,000 TL (VAT included), the same for all sizes; shipping is 250 TL per order. You order these designs on the site by entering the age group and measurements on the product page and adding the item to your basket; the payment method is explained under the question How do I pay?. A design not on the site, or a design made especially for you, is ordered via WhatsApp: its price is set according to the design, fabric and measurements and sent to you as a personalised quote.

There is no limit on the total number of items (dresses or sets) in an online order; only the quantity you can add of each size of each design is limited, and you will see this when adding it to your basket. Shipping is 250 TL per order, regardless of the number of items. For a large number of dresses in the same design, write to us via our Group Orders page or on WhatsApp.

Our children's designs are made for girls aged 3–12; for women and teenage girls we also have an evening gown design in sizes 34–46 (Evening Gowns for Women and Teen Girls). Because every dress is tailored to individual measurements, there's no such thing as an "in-between size".

For an online order, you select the age group on the product page and enter your child's height, chest and waist measurements. After you order, Çiğdem Bilge will call you on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the measurements together. For orders placed via WhatsApp, we finalise the measurements together in our messages. Height: without shoes, standing straight against a wall, from the top of the head to the floor. Chest: wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, without pulling it tight. Waist: around the narrowest part of the waist, while breathing normally. Send us the measurements on WhatsApp; if you're unsure about anything, we'll guide you.

No problem: age is only a starting point; the dress is sewn to actual measurements. If you'd like to allow for growth, we can plan for that together too.

Yes. Most of our designs are made for ages 3–12, but we also sew for ages 2–3, to the child's own measurements. Just send us your child's age and measurements on WhatsApp.

Yes. We ship to every one of Türkiye's 81 provinces. You can order every design on the site by card on the site, and message us on WhatsApp for designs not on the site and custom designs; for online orders, shipping costs 250 TL per order.

We ship anywhere in Türkiye, to all 81 provinces; for online orders, shipping costs 250 TL per order and delivery is by courier only. For orders you place via WhatsApp, if you're in Istanbul, you can also pick up in person from our atelier in Pendik.

Yes. If you're in Istanbul, you can come to our atelier in Pendik and have the measurements taken there. Come on Mondays between 10:00 and 19:00 or Tuesday to Saturday between 09:00 and 19:00; just let us know on WhatsApp before you come. If you're outside Istanbul, we confirm the measurements together over WhatsApp.

Yes, for orders you place via WhatsApp; online (card) orders are sent by courier only. Address: Fevzi Çakmak Mah. Taksim Sokağı No: 6/A, Pendik / İstanbul. You're welcome on Mondays between 10:00 and 19:00 and Tuesday to Saturday between 09:00 and 19:00; just let us know on WhatsApp before you come.

For designs sold online, you pay by credit or debit card on the payment page when you order; your card details are processed by the payment provider iyzico and are not shared with us. For custom orders placed via WhatsApp, we share the payment details when we confirm the order.

As the dresses are made to measure, to the measurements you give us, they are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal; returns are not accepted because you don't like the dress or have changed your mind. If there is a sewing fault, damage in transit, or the wrong item or size is sent, your legal rights remain unaffected: you can ask for a free repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Fill in the Return Request form; you'll be given a request number. Send us photos of the item and the fault on WhatsApp, quoting this number; we'll review your request and get in touch with you.

We make party dresses for girls aged 3–12 for every special occasion, above all weddings, henna nights, engagements and civil weddings, graduations, birthdays and Eid. We can also make the same design for several children, such as siblings, cousins or school groups.

We work with glitter tulle, satin, organza, chiffon, taffeta, lace and velvet. Details such as 3D flowers, pearls, stones, sequins, bows and ruffles are applied by hand; we choose the fabric and details together, to suit the design and the occasion.

A ready-made party dress can be bought straight away, but it is produced to a standard size pattern. With made-to-measure tailoring, the dress is made to your child's own measurements, and you can also choose the colour, fabric and details. For this, you usually need to allow a preparation time of 7–14 days.

Yes; we have designs in a range of colours and cuts for every special occasion, including weddings, henna nights, engagements, graduations, Eid and birthdays. You can narrow them down using the colour filters in the shop.

Yes. Send us a photo or description of the design you love on WhatsApp; we'll decide the fabric, colour and details together and make it especially for your child. Full details are on the Custom Design page.

Yes. From kindergarten to high school, we make graduation gown and cap sets, and costumes and dresses for school shows such as 23 April, 29 October, 10 November and the reading celebration, all to the child's own measurements. Yes. Just tell us you'd like the design you love with long sleeves or a closed neckline; before you order, we talk through together how the sleeves and neckline will look on that design. We explain the options on our long-sleeved and modest designs page.

Yes. For the henna night we also make the bindallı, the traditional embroidered henna-night dress, for girls, sewn to the child's own measurements; we decide on the fabric, colour and embroidery details together. Full details are on our girls' bindallı page.

We recommend dry cleaning for tulle, satin and embellished fabrics. Store the dress on a hanger, inside a breathable garment bag and out of direct sunlight; don't fold full skirts.
