Who we can work with

What the business enquiries we receive have in common is that they want to offer their customers a dress sewn to measure rather than a ready-made size. This is how we are able to work with small and medium-sized businesses.

The way we work is different from straightforward selling. We do not send you a box ready for the shelf; we sew the designs we settle on together, on the schedule we agree. That is why, in the first conversation, we try to understand what you sell and which seasons are busiest for you.

We start with a single dress

For business work, we suggest we sew a single piece of the design you choose from the catalogue so you can hold it in your hands. Rather than deciding from a photograph, judging the stitching, the lining and the way the fabric falls for yourself makes the following steps much easier.

Everything you see on that first piece is open to discussion. You can ask for changes to the sleeve length, the fullness of the skirt, the neckline, the lining and the amount of trim. The piece we agree on becomes the reference for everything sewn afterwards.

The preparation time for a single dress is 7-14 days. The first piece is sewn within that same flow; if changes are requested, we talk about the schedule again.

The size range and our approach to measurements

Every design of ours comes in five sizes: 3-4 yrs, 5-6 yrs, 7-8 yrs, 9-10 yrs and 11-12 yrs. You can have a design made in a single size or across the whole range.

The important difference is this: we do not treat the size label as the last word. The dress is sewn to the measurements of the end customer's child. For pieces made for your window or as samples, a standard size is enough, while for orders placed in a customer's name we settle the measurements together over WhatsApp.

Requests outside the catalogue

Changing the colour, the fabric or the amount of trim on a catalogue design is usually possible. If you have your heart set on a particular shade or type of fabric, it is best to say so at the outset; depending on availability, we either go ahead with that fabric or show you the closest alternative.

If you want a design produced entirely from your own drawing and your own pattern, that is a separate way of working. We describe pattern drafting, samples and revisions in detail on the Contract Manufacturing page; reading that page and then writing to us is the shortest route.

Quantities, schedule and delivery

Quantities, terms and the delivery schedule are not set out on this page, because they change with the design, the fabric, how much handwork is involved and the date you need. We settle all of it together in conversation on WhatsApp.

There are two options for delivery. We ship anywhere in Turkey. If you are in Istanbul, collection in person from the atelier in Pendik is also possible; we are here on weekdays between 10:00 and 19:00.
