How to Order

Step 1: Choose a model

Browse the collection on the site and mark the models you like. It is quite normal to be torn between several of them; you can select them all, send them to us, and we can talk through the differences together.

The selection list on the site turns the models you mark into a tidy WhatsApp message. That way we both see clearly which dresses we are discussing.

• Select the models you like
• Note your child's age and size: 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 yrs
• Keep in mind the date the dress will be worn

Step 2: Write to us on WhatsApp

Orders are arranged by talking on WhatsApp. When you write to 0535 402 16 63, it is enough to tell us the models you have chosen, your child's age and when the dress will be worn.

In that conversation we also go over the details of the model: fabric, colour, sleeve and skirt length, deciding together what suits you. This is the right moment to ask anything you are wondering about, because once the sewing has started changes become difficult.

Step 3: Let us settle the measurements together

The age group is only a starting point; the actual sewing is based on confirmed measurements. After we have talked about the order, we tell you on WhatsApp which measurements we need.

At this stage the Measuring Guide page, where we explain step by step how to take measurements at home, makes things easier. If there is a point you are unsure about, send a photo and we will check it together. The measurements are finalised with your approval, and the sewing begins after that approval.

If you are in Istanbul, you can also come to the atelier in Pendik and have the measurements taken there.

Step 4: Sewing and preparation

Once the measurements are approved, your dress goes into production at the atelier. Preparation takes 7-14 days.

If you have a question while the dress is being sewn, you can write on WhatsApp; we will tell you what stage it has reached.

Step 5: Delivery

When the dress is ready we ship it anywhere in Türkiye. If you are in Istanbul, collection in person from the atelier in Pendik is also possible.

How the preparation time works, the address confirmation before shipping and the details of collection in person are all gathered on the Delivery and Shipping page. If a dress has to be ready for a particular day, tell us the date at the outset so we can plan the schedule around it.

Why the process runs through WhatsApp

Nisikids does not sell directly through the site. It does not work like a shop selling ready-made goods; it simply makes it easy for you to send us the models you like.

Because every dress is made to measure, we need to talk about the model and the measurements first. That is why the whole process runs on WhatsApp, as a conversation between us.
