How to Order
At Nisi Kids, every design is sewn to order, to your child's measurements. You can order every design on the site online, paying by card; for a design not on the site or a design made especially for you, we take the order by talking it through with you on WhatsApp. Below, we explain both routes step by step.
Designs on the site: ordering by card on the site
All designs on the site are sold online; the price of each design is shown on its product card and product page. You can order them in a few steps, paying by card on the payment page.

- Enter your child's height, chest and waist measurements in centimetres; add a short note if you wish
- Add it to your basket; you can combine different designs in the same order
- In the basket, tap "Proceed to Payment", enter your delivery details, approve the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, then pay by card
Children's dresses are priced at 3,500 TL (White Off-Shoulder Satin Organza Dress 2,000 TL, Lilac Draped Organza Dress with Bow Brooch 1,500 TL), the Red Satin Wrap-Neck Belted Evening Gown (adult design) at 6,000 TL, the Navy Zip-Front Children's Nurse Dress at 1,500 TL, the Navy Zip-Front Nurse Dress (adult design) at 4,500 TL and the Denim Vest & Wide-Leg Cargo Trousers Set at 9,000 TL; prices include VAT. Shipping is 250 TL per order and is added to the total on the payment page. Online orders are sent by courier only, to addresses within Türkiye.

After your order: measurement check and sewing
When your order reaches us, we check the measurements you entered. If anything needs confirming, we call you by phone or on WhatsApp; sewing begins once the measurements are settled, and preparation usually takes 7-14 days.
Our Measuring Guide, which explains step by step how to take measurements at home, makes this stage easier. When the dress is ready, we send it by courier to the address you gave; in all cases, online orders are delivered within 30 days of the order date at the latest.
Designs not on the site and custom design: ordering via WhatsApp
A design not on the site, or your own design, is ordered by talking it through with us on WhatsApp. When you write to +90 533 490 65 20, it is enough to send us a photo or description of the design you want, your child's age and when the dress will be worn.
In this conversation we also go over the details of the design: we decide together what suits you on points such as fabric, colour, sleeves and skirt length. We then send you the price personally, in a quote based on the materials and workmanship involved.
We finalise the measurements together in our messages. If you are in Istanbul, you can come to the atelier in Pendik to have the measurements taken there, and collect the finished dress from the atelier in person.

Common questions
Can I order directly from the site?
Yes, for every design on the site: enter the age group and measurements on the product page, add the item to your basket and pay by card on the payment page. For a design not on the site or a design made especially for you, we take the order by talking it through with you on WhatsApp (+90 533 490 65 20).
I am not sure of my child's size, what should I do?
That is no problem. The age group is only a starting point; the dress is sewn to the height, chest and waist measurements you enter. We explain how to take the measurements in our Measuring Guide; if you are unsure about anything, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
How many items can I include in one order?
There is no limit on the total number of items in an online order; only the quantity you can add of each size of each design is limited, and you will see this when adding it to your basket. Shipping is 250 TL per order, regardless of the number of items. For a large number of dresses in the same design, you can place a group order via WhatsApp.
Can I ask for changes to a model?
The designs on the site are sewn exactly as shown on the page. For changes such as fabric, colour or length, let us discuss the order on WhatsApp as a custom order; we will tell you frankly whether your request can be done.
